High ISO Noise Reduction plug-in filter reduces color noise on digital photo follow by image shapes contours, or, optionally not used contours.

Next, image have a noise reduction without contour detection. This image lost colorful details after process.

And now, image was proccessing with contoured noise reduction, it have more colorful image details.

Also exist option for brightness noise reduction - Per pixel equalization.
